Delivery And Returns
Our company offers free shipping (per delivery address) for orders above $200. For orders below $200, it will be a charge of $30 for Express Delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in the Republic of Singapore). Delivery service provided while we receives your order and its full payment by 12.00 pm on the same day. Another alternative will be Standard Delivery with charges of $20. You order will be deliver on the next day if your order and its full payment after 12.00 pm on the same day. Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned. We also offer self-collection at our office Masterpiece Network Marketing Pte Ltd located at 205 Balestier Road, #01-11 The Mezzo, Singapore 329682 and our restaurant Masterpiece Bistro & Bar locate at 275 Thomson Road, #01-06 Novena Ragency, Singapore 307645.
Delivery of Goods
Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For orders placed within a day before and after the holiday, processing time will be extended by additional 1 – 3 working days. The goods shall be delivered to the address specified on your order. You can call +65 6734 9318 / +65 6339 0470 to reschedule your order if you not around when the goods arrives. Please inspect the goods delivered immediately upon receipt to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods and the goods are in acceptable quality, and match the description that had provided in the website. You shall notify us within 24 hours if any discrepancies or damage starting from the date you had received the goods at +65 6734 9318 / +65 6339 0470. If the goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact us at within 7 working days of receiving the delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, and/or accessories. Returning of good is free of charge. Our company reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Your returned goods and return slip are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within 1-3 working days after the picks up from you. Refund will be made to the same card you had made the purchase within 14 working days.
